

In case, no answer is obtained, we will perform the best suited practices. “WeClean” will inform you/consult with you about any pre-process damages/stains and ask for your consent to move ahead with the process.Our objective is to respond to every complaint at the earliest, however, any complaints and grievance cases may take up to (7) seven days for an appropriate response as this has to be certified and checked of the possibilities by our quality supervision and operations teams.

Normal time delay may apply to the rectification process. Ěny complaint(s) must be highlighted to the WeClean Team without delay and at the latest in the (3) three business days after delivery of the articles and with the presentation of weclean’s paper receipt or digital acknowledgement and the garment tags of WeClean brand name intact.The complaints are carefully examined by our customer service team and are respectively justified / rectified by our teams in the stores.Ěny discrepancy(ies) regarding shortage or exchange of cloths should be reported to “WeClean” customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to resolve query smoothly.While other Laundries compensate up to 10 times of service charge, WeClean promises up to 12 times the service charge in case of loss / misplacement/complete damage* to the garment.The compensation shall be made in form of voucher of equivalent cash value or a direct cheque payment in the customer’s account only. “WeClean” assures the best service with zero compromise on quality.Quick delivery (within 36 hours) is available only on select services. Ěll communication will happen via SMS/WhatsApp only & Standard delivery happens in 3 working days.Ĝustomers are requested to examine & count their garments on pickup as well as on delivery & take acknowledgement via SMS/WhatsApp/Receipt as “WeClean” is not responsible after the delivery is done.Delays do not however give any right to compensation. "WeClean" will not take any responsibility, if cloths given directly to delivery boy without placing order with us via WhatsApp & receiving a confirmation.We put all efforts to respect the agreed delivery period & timelines provided.
